2nd time I have stayed here. Everyone is so nice and helpful! We stayed this time because we were in town for our 24th anniversary. We had dinner plans to celebrate and knew we would have several glasses of wine. And didn’t want to drink and drive. Tori checked us in and asked what brought us to town. We told her and she went above and beyond to make our stay special!!! At a Hyatt! So glad we stayed here again!

Valet parking was annoying. You have to pay if you don't want to park a ways away, but if it's at all busy you have to keep circling until there is a space to pull in. The incuded breakfast was good and the room was nice.

The hotel was good, breakfast was poor, and valet service was very slow and they charged us for two nights when we only stayed 1. Been calling manager about it and he still has not returned my call. Overall was not a pleasant experience.

The location was good as it was right downtown. The AC was extremely loud and would wake me up throughout the night. Also, check out is 11am but I had housekeeping try and enter my room at 10:30 while I was changing and before I had done the online check out.

Great location; the team other than one person (whom we spoke to the front agent manager about ) was wonderful and helpful and very welcoming. Parking was confusing as we thought we only had a valet option, so felt a little duped but they were very pleasant and helpful too.
