Location of the hotel is unique. Rooms look renovated and staff are really friendly shame I wasnt able to book breakfast with my reservation but staff let me pay at breakfast. Leisure facilities are fantastic. Fully recommend it!

They have the friendliest staff! We stayed with an 8-person family (kids 2-16) and got two rooms in the off season during renovations and STILL loved it. We only slept a night there, the rooms were spacious and the beds were good for us. We ate breakfast in the morning and it was delicious! Already planning to come back in the future.

The pool was dingy, and we didn't use it. The on site restaurant 'Shenanigans' overbooked and, after waiting gratuitiously for a table to be available, we left without giving our order. Our room was dusty throughout and the floor was not clear. I even found what I hope was a large plastic earplug under one bed. The beds were too soft and not comfortable. Our room was not serviced during our room - we weren't brought more coffee and bathroom soap and the beds were never made.

Struttura bella nelle parti comuni ma camera non all'altezza. Avevamo una family, con moquette molto sporca e odore di fogna, oltre alla vista su un cassone dei rifiuti. Abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo in cui la struttura era piena quindi non ci siamo osati a provare a chiedere un cambio camera. Abbiamo invece usufruito della piscina che è molto bella pulita.
