The servers at the pool were lovely - both women worked during the day the time we were there. Upon asking for the vip benefit of later checkout we were told to go to the front desk the day of at 10 am. Upon doing so my husband, who is fluent in Spanish kindly asked for a 1 P.M. checkout. The woman working the desk at 10 am on Friday 4/25 was extremely rude and mocked him for no reason whatsoever. This encounter left a very poor taste for an otherwise nice trip.

Everything was perfect during our 7-day stay at the hotel—except for the last day. I had an ice pad that needed to be frozen so I could safely transport my medication back to Canada. We gave it to the front desk, and the staff member made a note so it could be retrieved during check-out. However, when we asked for it at check-out, the person at the front desk repeatedly said he didn’t know anything about it. We had to insist several times before he finally agreed to call someone—at which point it was found immediately. It was a frustrating end to an otherwise great stay.
