The Majestic is what we had hoped for. We were there 8 years ago and and we went back hoping it would be the same experience and is it was. Clean, good rest., house keeping was great, the beach was clean, great service all around.

We have been to many all inclusives in the Punta Cana area over the years, We thought the comfort and cleanliness of this resort outstanding. The pool and beach were wonderful. There were enough Bali beds for eveyone in our club section. The food was not as advertised but we loved the Sea and Sea restaurant for the view of the beach. The breakfast buffett was very good. There is a beautiful little Chapel on the property which had Mass on Saturday so we did not have to get a taxi to go to Mass.

I stayed at Hotel Majestic Elegance Punta Cana for 8 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a five-star hotel. The food quality was poor, with limited choices, and making restaurant reservations was a challenge due to the absence of a proper reservation app and poor guest service. From day one, my room was very dirty, and despite multiple requests for cleaning, nothing improved throughout my stay. The staff, while not rude, were indifferent and showed little interest in addressing guests’ needs. I paid $150 in advance for my wife’s birthday decoration, including balloons, a cake, and a bottle of white wine. Despite sending at least 10 emails before our arrival, the hotel failed to deliver this surprise, ruining a special moment. This lack of organization and care is unacceptable. The beach area was overcrowded, with not enough sunbeds available, and many of the existing beds were broken. Activities at the hotel were extremely limited, low-quality, and unengaging, making it difficult to enjoy any entertainment during our stay. Overall, the hotel’s management and services are far below five-star standards. I am shocked this hotel has such a rating, as it does not reflect the experience provided. I would not recommend staying at Hotel Majestic Elegance Punta Cana to anyone expecting quality service and organization.

Very big, beautiful beach and water. Rooms were nice and big. The nicer restaurants food was very good, the two buffets were ok. Some in room things needed small fixing up, like broken floor tiles, rusted trash can, broken door handle to sliding door. But overall very good place would go back for sure!
