This was our second time staying at the resort. The resort itself is amazing but unfortunately the spring break environment is extremely frusterating and is going to be what hurts this place. Large groups of so called "parents" bring their teenagers down for spring break. The parents go one direction, and the 15 and 16 year old kids end up at the bar and turning this 5 star resort into high school freaking gym class. Nothing worse than heading towards the pool bar and a group of 16 year olds take up the seats and start ordering strawberry daiquiris. Meanwhile another group is zipping around a football and nearly pegging people in lounge chairs. The resort has to get this under control. These kids under 18 need to be under adult supervision. The bar tenders dont care, they just want the tips!

Restaurants were only open for limited hours. There was a 3 hour period (about 3-6pm) where you couldn't get anything to eat. Evening food choices were often limited due to 'ethnic theme' days.

What I liked about the property is that it is totally walkable. I found the food to be very good. We mostly ate at Italian and steakhouse which were fantastic! Salt was an issue with all the food - tell them NO EXTRA SALT! What was missing was LUNCH SNACKS - you had to go to a buffet for lunch. There was no pizza, nachos or burgers to take and go (they say they have a 24h place - but that is only on weekends).

It is a beautiful resort. It’s the only one we plan on going to in the future. Been there twice already. Great rooms, pools and beach. Bars and food everywhere. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If you have any problems they address it immediately.

Brach was wonderful, clean , no stone or seaweed. Beautiful landscaping around property. Room old, needs renovation and better cleaning crew. Food very poor quality. Two restaurants was only for VIP acssess and required male to wear long pants. I don't understand why such a requirement since we came in for vacation not wedding or other special occasions. Stake house had terrible food, buffet okay for breakfast, dinner not so much, sea see restauran also poor quality food. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend to visit this resort 😕

The property is beautiful. Lobby was stunning, and the downstairs from lobby bar and wait staff were on point. Restaurants are all located in that area. Reservations required for international and Japanese restaurants. The pools are amazing, clean, but could use a little tile repair. The beach is wonderful, and there is a little restaurant called Sea & See on the beach. Breakfast buffet and lunch. Plenty of beach chairs, and they cook lunch on the beach every day. Mostly burgers and chicken wings but, there was a fresh lobster day. The waiters came through every few minutes to check on drinks. No complaints there. Coffee. It’s a walk in the morning to find a good cup of coffee. There are pots in the room but, I like a fresh cup with cream. Milk is what they have so, bring your creamer if you must have it or a small bottle of baileys would have been perfect. If I would have seen it, I would have paid the extra for the members club. It’s worth it. We had some friends that had it and it’s the way to go.

Overall was an amazing stay. The only thing I would say is for the restuarants (not the buffet) you either need a reservation or you have to wait for a long time. I recommend just making reservations when you book the trip and if you need to cancel them (all the restaurants are free even the ones that need reservations). Also, room service is not spoken about enough. You can order anything from the room service menu between 7am -11pm for free; you just have to dial 0# (which no one told me when I got there). Also tip the workers! Everything was amazing! Oh and if you want a romantic dinner on the beach or anything extra that you have to pay for book in advance they have limited availabity that fills up really fast.

Never been treated so well by the entire staff at a resort! Not only is it absolutely beautiful everywhere you look but you’re treated like royalty. I would avoid the spring breakers though…it was pretty peaceful until they rolled in. Went to the sports bar late at night for a bite to eat, they had broken out a window at a nearby shop and thrown their garbage all over in front of that area, and were completely rude to the workers that showed up to clean their mess, it was completely disgraceful-that shame lies on their parents-not the resort. We will absolutely be returning though. And Hopefully you get Richard Rondon for a butler, this guy went above and beyond to make our stay as carefree as possible! Hands down the best concierge we’ve ever had and we are so thankful

Food in general very good service also good Rooms need to be refreshed they look old and tired. Very unpleasant smell in the bathroom mostly when flushing I’m returning customer for 10 years included my family and bring many friends Majestic never did anything to make my welcome whit upgrades or any special attention
