The check-in process was great. We had purchased an Elegance Club room, and there was a private check-in area for club members with refreshments and cocktails, which was a nice touch.
The room was very clean. The minibar was well-stocked, although the snack selection was very limited when we first checked in. I was a little disappointed that the water for the jacuzzi tub in our room only got a little over room temperature, even after maintenance looked at it several times. The shower was plenty hot, so that was good.
The beach area was great. There were plenty of beach chairs and shaded areas, and there were Bali loungers that were first-come-first-served. So get up early, watch the sun rise over the Atlantic, and then grab a good spot!
When the beach got too windy, which it definitely did on one of our days there, we retreated to a Bali lounger
