My first room was dank smelling but I was assisted in changing rooms about half way through the trip. The food was good as was the beach and pools. Appreciated the attention and energy from the entertainment staff (Maria, Chocolate, Joy Boy).

Room was a little dated and banged up. Don’t expect it to be any cooler than 68 and it doesn’t get the humidity fully out. The bed is ok, but the pillows are very hard. We were facing the pool bar which can get very loud during the day which makes resting difficult.

Exceptional cleanliness. Didn’t see a single bug anywhere! Food was mediocre. Really wanted a steak, but that restaurant is only for club members, and they kicked us out. Went to Mexican, but it was way too hot to eat there. Water too deep in pool. No sun on private patio, so having a swim out room was not beneficial, ladders were loose and shaky
