Every part of the resort is really beautiful and it’s so fun! I love the layout and all the different pools. All the staff have been so friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and have everything you need! There are multiple restaurants to choose from and the food is pretty good! It’s right next to Secrets and you can walk over and explore that areas as well!

My room was next to the outdoor stage where they held the daily shows from 7/8pm until 11pm. It was frustrating that I could not relax in my room during that time as music, live performances, karaoke were blasting. The food was mediocre, buffet food was not warm or varied and the restaurants had such long waits it was inconvenient. If you wanted to relax in quiet there was no area by the pool or at the beach that didnt have the activation team or music playing. Depends what you are looking for in your trip. The staff was very kind and friendly, no issue there.

Nice resort, beautiful grounds, pools and beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were nice and the beds were excellent. Drinks here are top notch. The only downside it the all of the areas for the preferential guests could not be used even though most were empty.

Not good if you’re looking for a real vacation to relax , it was too many rules and there was always complaints about certain rooms even if you’re not in it for noise complaint. The staff was friendly but the resort is not ran properly and takes the fun and enjoyment out of a lot of opportunities at the resort. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We had a fabulous week at Dreams RBPC. The staff was friendly and responsive. Our Concierge, Michael, was wonderful. He was quick to help us, but not invasive. He was able to fulfill every request we had including dinner reservations, mini bar requests,a shopping trip to Chez Nicole (highly recommend), and extra hangers. He checked on us every morning via What’s App and then in person he found us daily at the beach. We will request him when we return. Miguelito was a joy to see every day on the Preferred beach. He’s very attentive and available, but not invasive. I felt that serving fruit on sticks in the morning at the beach and popsicles at the Preferred pool was a nice touch. The room was spotless every day. We LOVED our Preferred Swim Out room in the new section. The shower had nice full-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The water pressure is great. The pools were small, but plentiful and beautiful. We liked the quiet Preferred side for resting and sleeping. We had no problem finding beach and pool chairs ever. The drinks were great (both with or without alcohol) and they do not skimp on alcohol. The soda from the bars is almost always flat, so I went tropical mixed drinks instead. Good decision. The smoke only bothered us once and that was on the beach, so we moved and it was fine. The vendors are not pushy on the beach. A simple “no gracias” will do. The food was just ok. But we always found something. Service is slow at restaurants. We will return!

The staff was great everywhere! The steak was amazing at all the restaurants and we all (teenagers included) liked the grill by the beach. The New Year’s celebration was fun and the whole family had a good time!

Overall, we had a good stay at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana, but I’m rating it 4 stars based on comparisons to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve visited, particularly in Mexico. The service here was friendly, but noticeably slower and less attentive than what I’ve experienced at comparable resorts in Mexico. Staff were kind and welcoming, just not as consistently proactive or polished. The food quality was good, but not excellent. We enjoyed our meals, though nothing stood out as exceptional compared to other all-inclusive dining experiences. We did upgrade our room, and while the room itself was very nice once we got in, there was a 2 hour and 40 minute delay before we were able to access it, which was frustrating. That said, once settled, the upgraded room was comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing all-inclusive experience with excursions, great service, and top-tier food, I would personally choose Mexico over Punta Cana based on my experiences. That said, this resort is still a solid option and we did enjoy our stay overall.

The preferred club is totally worth it! Our butler, Billy made our stay even more magical than it was waking up in paradise every morning! The resort is stunning and the service was excellent!
