Overall ok, clean, food was good. Beach access perfect. But they couldn’t find our Travelocity payment. Charged me an extra $900 upon checkin, then 2 hours later got it figured out. They made a mistake !!! Wow surprise. Immediately spent 20-30 minutes trying to not take their unlimited attempts at a hard sell upgrade package with John.

Only issue i had was that the hot tubs were not.hot at all and the pool was too cold cinsudering the temperatures were a bit low over the course of our 6 day stay. Everything else was wonderful!! Ery well kept property, amazing staff, good food -i will absolutely be back!

Overall, this was a decent resort and a solid stay. The property has good bones but definitely needs some updating—certain areas feel a bit dated and could benefit from renovations. One downside was the pool closing early; a 6:30 PM closing time is pretty limiting, especially for guests who want to relax after a full day of activities or excursions. On the positive side, the food was pretty good with a nice variety, and I was generally satisfied with the dining options. With some updates and extended pool hours, this resort could easily be a much better experience.

Amazing resort with outstanding staff, great location, and incredible entertainment. The Freestyle Pool parties, beach events, and shows were unforgettable. Staff members like Carlos Perez, Shanthy, and the casino team truly made the experience special. The only downside was the food—especially room service—but overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely return.
