I just spent five days at the resort with my boyfriend and we continually express expressed how impressed we were with the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. The food for being an all-inclusive exceeded my expectations and they were fantastic about my boyfriend’s fish and shellfish allergy. Our room was always clean and the service was fast in all areas of the resort. We did not have to wait for anything and there was constantly different entertainment options that offered a wide range of activities for everyone. For the price that we paid I would absolutely go back to this resort in a heartbeat!

Staff is amazing,property is clean and beautiful rooms are immaculate down side beach is beautiful but definitely a lot of seaweed so we didn’t really get to enjoy the beach but our swim up pool was amazing

We love this resort! We love the staff especially the entertainment team. The only negative was that we had a problem with our shower that we reported on the first day and they didn’t show up to fix until we were checking out.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property, the room and the restaurants were immaculate. We chose to stay on property the entire time so other than our trip to and from the airport we didn’t see outside the resort. There was a lot of seaweed which was unfortunate but the staff were grooming the beach often. We loved the beach and spent every day from 10-3 under a little hut, relaxing.

At 1st I didn’t like the condo style property. Our ride had to drop us off and another lobby and we had to wait on a golf cart to take us to our lobby to check in. But it work ed out. We were given the free upgrade and bottle for being an Expedia member . Food option was amazing.
