Great hotel on Michigan Ave.

One of the finest hotels on Michigan Ave with fantastic views of Magnificent Mile. Clean rooms with exceptional staff. Parking can be expensive, however you could park across the street at the NorthWestern Medicine parking structure. We will definitely be back.

We loved the property for the safety, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff. We even got to check in early which was excellent since we had a very early flight! This is an excellent location. Our room was perfect for what we needed!

Great loc

The location and price were amazing. The hotel is right on Michigan Ave and a short walk from the lake. Our room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The first night in our room there were several things missing (ice bucket, cups, and towel for the floor by the shower). In the morning the elevator sometimes took a long time.
