Upon arrival, the guest services did not make it clear the procedure for parking. I was not told to validate my ticket for parking which caused me to pay for parking at the box upon exiting. The hotel charges $29 per night to park and the box is only $25. Which makes no sense at all. My room did not have proper bedding for the pull out bed. So I had to walk to the front desk to retrieve it because the phone was not working to call them. Additionally my room was only stocked with two towels. So I also had to walk to the front desk to ask for extras. The pool area had dead bugs everywhere.

Overall the property and room are pretty good. However, be aware they charge an additional $29 for parking each night. Expedia also does not disclose this under all taxes and fees included. It’s apparently in the fine print somewhere. There are two restaurants on site. I did not try caddy shack.. I did try the Chicago fire oven pizza. I got a pizza for about 30 bucks after tax. The pizza was not good at all kind of tasted like cardboard.

I love the convenience of this hotel to Ohare, the fashion outlets, the movie theater, fabulous restaurants, and the blue line leading downtown. The hotel room was lovely, the beds were comfortable in the bathroom was nice. The pool looked great, but there was a bunch of people in it so we didn’t get to swim. There’s also a nice gift shop and restaurant on property.
