The hotel breakfast was not geared towards the number of people staying for this RUGBY WEEKEND - so consequently service was slow - staff were polite but they were not expecting the number of people. Poor planning also the $50/hr extra for late check out never heard of this before - price gouging

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and the bar but the room smelled like ammonia (cat urine) so much that it left a bad impression.

This is a great hotel! It is super secure and the entire hotel is just beautiful. It was very clean and the location was awesome! I would stay here again in a heart beat if I ever go back to Chicago.
