The hotel is definitely not 4* it’s less than 3*, when checking in we were not informed about things like if we want our room cleaned, or help ourselves to the coffe machine on the ground floor, had no idea if there’s gym, and if it’s where…. For two people staying we got 1x shampoo,1x shower gel, 1 lotion, well it’s not enough for two so we had to ask for more I emailed the hotel with some questions two days before we arrived, but had not answer at all. When in the room we tried to call reception few times and no answer, no call back Not recommending

Very well located hotel in the City, spacious bedrooms and lovely to have range of snacks/drinks available in the reception/lounge area. I do not like the fact that I had to provide my credit card details, despite having prepaid for the room. It's not as if there is a mini-bar in the room
