Pretty much everything else was great about this hotel. The only issue was that the rooms are not sound-proof. I could hear people talk in my next door room. Also, the sirens from emergency vehicles was annoying.

We enjoyed the property. Everyone was very friendly. We were bummed the pool was closed, as I was traveling with an 11 year old and it’s one of the biggest reasons we picked this hotel.

It was a good trip. This was our second time staying here and I love an Embassy Suites for spacial reasons when traveling with kids. It was a pleasant check-in experience and the room was clean. The breakfast situation is crazy, messy, and overwhelmingly busy. We went at 9:30am one morning and everything was already put away, and I went earlier the next morning to get coffee and had to fight the families/crowds just to make my way to it. I guess you get that with an Embassy Suites in the city. Very central location to a lot of things to do. Wish they would bring back valet parking, but that was also fine and easy enough to figure out.

The people working here are great, but that's about the only good thing about this place. The pool was closed without any notice before the upcoming reservation, which happens, but we only found out after getting ready to swim. They offered $25 per night as comp but that's not really sufficient when your kids are disappointed. The rooms are a joke. The curtains were broken, the lights in the bathroom only half worked and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the prior guests leftovers were still in the fridge, and the phones in the room didn't work. I can't even reach a person calling with my personal phone. The curtains and lighting were fixed during the stay, but they never fixed the phones. We had to walk to the desk for any requests for towels or other housekeeping needs. They did reach out after my stay but only to say they appreciate my feedback and that they hope I stay there again. So many better options so choose any one of them and not this place.

After prepaying $401 for my stay I get the to find out the pool was closed and that was my main reason for going.. then the head wasn’t properly working later the sink was clogged up and lastly the toilet wasn’t functioning properly very disappointed on this visit.

Service was great. Saddened as the pool was down and that was one reason we chose them. It was easy to add early check in. For the price I paid I was surprised the tub was in such poor condition. It felt weak. Our door locked us out due to battery dying but it was fixed promptly. The food selection was great. Not all of it tasted great though. It was a nice place. Felt safe and friendly. Expected more for the price though.
