Very basic, very small room. Unfortunately we did not have any hot water, which was disappointing. Bus stop nearby but not as convenient as other hotels.

Staff at front desk were excellent. They were professional and accommodating. Only issue is that my room was super cold and the staff provided a portable heater, but that did not even work. I was very uncomfortable and could not sleep the night before my flight.

Easy check in. Good choice for breakfast. Rooms comfortable. On the didn’t like the parking. The app for the car park didn’t work and there was nothing in the car park guiding you to make the parking booking at reception

The Ibis Heathrow was clean, had basic facilities and had everything I needed for a one night stay before going to the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
