The building itself at first made me wonder if it was a hostel, it seemed very friendly to the younger computer savvy crowd; but alas my room and accommodations proved it to be a full service hotel. The room was very nice. I thought the staff was very attentive and accommodating; communication before arrival was excellent. they had on site restaurant and bar with full breakfast options. The food was great. If you are there just to wait for a flight; It is very convenient to the airport; public transportation right at the door. The building doesn’t appear to be walkable to much else besides other airport hotels: ease of transportation to other parts of the city not observed

Obviously quite basic rooms but they were clean and tidy if slightly run down. The guy on reception walked off even though he saw I was waiting. Thankfully I was then served by a woman - I didn't clock her name but she was a trainee - she was polite, friendly, and quick.

It was close to Heathrow which was great. The staff were helpful. However, the Uber station in the lobby charges exactly double the rate, maybe even higher. Use your own uber app and not the machine in the lobby. I paid 40 pounds for a 20 pound ride.
