One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Love the food and 24 hr room service! Beds and pillows were comfy and rooms are very nice with refrigerator and hot water kettle. The refillable water stations with still and sparkling water are super!

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast buffet was better than average. Airport shuttle was great. Taxi into downtown was around 25 euros.

We were on the Executive Level and they provided breakfast and a Happy Hour. However, the lounge was quite small so we weren’t able to enjoy Happy Hour and we had to wait for breakfast as is wasn’t ready at the scheduled time. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was good. We used the airport shuttle but it doesn’t go all the way to Terminal 1, which was a bit inconvenient. While the room and restaurant were nice enough, they definitely were not worth the almost €600 we spent there. If you are looking for value for your money, I would choose another hotel.

The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, with an easy check-in process. They went out of their way to accommodate my family with a child cot. The restaurant was excellent with stellar wait staff. Highly recommend.

Thomas is the best!! Excellent service!

Shopping is a 20 minute walk, but bus line is about 1 block away, taxi is available and you get a taxi through your uber app. Thomas at the bar is phenomenal we could not have had a better time he was the best!! I would stay at this hotel just because of his service at the bar and food was superb!

If you don’t mind being away from the action, this is a nice property. Even though it’s near the airport, I did not hear a single plane during my five day stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent, as is the hotel restaurant. Our room was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. What would bring things up a half notch would be an on-site takeaway shop for drinks and snacks. That was missed.
