Beware that not all rooms in this property are air conditioned. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel with these tariffs. Our room had only a small fan and opening the window meant a large amount of aircraft noise. Only after complaining and speaking were we moved to one of the air conditioned rooms.

Don't stay on the second floor as the floor above has a convention hall used for loud Irish dancing making it not a restful stay. The suite does not have air-conditioning instead a portable dyson fan on the room desk.

The hotel is well placed a short distance from the airport, but not too close to pick up the noise from traffic. There was plenty of parking beside the hotel and a regular free bus service direct to the terminals. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. The only negative was the lack of vegetarian options on the menus. What we had was pleasant but a choice of pizza or risotto isn’t good enough. The staff, without exception, were informative and pleasant. A credit to the hotel.

Proximity to airport is only plus. Hard to believe a traveler hotel has no A/C…they had a fan only. AND, no coffee service in the morning. Had to heat up your own water and have instant coffee. Gross. Never again. Food service was very slow…an hour…and that was at the “fast” restaurant. Had to modify a reservation and they charged 100 euro. NOT RECOMMENDED

Not a great experience for mid-priced hotel

Breakfast was included with Hotels.com (booked two rooms) only to find in the morning that the hotel had no record of this. They also offer a free shuttle (that you must book) to the airport. We made it explicitly clear that we had 9 suitcases and 6 people thus, it's likely we would need our own shuttle bus. They agreed. Again, time arrives to leave for the airport and they had filled the bus with several airport crew. There was no support with loading the baggage despite there being little to no room on the shuttle. The driver response was you will need to re-arrange the crews luggage to fit yours in.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We ate at one of the hotel restaurants and despite it being busy, our waitress was very attentive and we enjoyed our food. Our hotel room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the close proximity to the airport and our shuttle driver was very kind and made sure the ride was comfortable.
