Awful stay, lots of bookings for a sports tour and a rave, causing people to be running up and down corridors and making excessive noise until 3am. Hotel didnt manage this well and the room doors blocked no sound at all

Room: stayed in 305 could have a fresh coat of paint , toilet was dirty, there was little hot water when using in the morning. Club vitae: changing rooms in both the ladies and gents were very dirty, and in a state a disrepair the skirting and door frames the timber is rotting, showers very dirty and bad odours overall in the changing facilities. Breakfast: very overpriced for a buffet, i would expect a fresh to order breakfast for the price. kids pricing was very expensive for breakfast however over there was good variety of food. (Continental and fresh fruit) Staff we met were friendly and welcoming.
