Lovely hotel altho the room we were in had absolutely no view .Only of a wall opposite .Also very noisy , was woken by noise in the corridor .Self check in was good but would hve preferred face to face check in . Busy hotel but very nice .

I was going to the Steelers game in Dublin and chose to stay outside the city for a bit of quiet in the evenings. Great choice! Easy trip in (from the train stop a few blocks away). I especially enjoyed the bars and restaurants in the hotel. It's a lovely place!

We stayed here for a week. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the area was nice. We took taxi’s into Dublin for activities each day, during low traffic times the fee was reasonable but during high traffic times it can cost up to about $50 US. Taxi drivers always arrived early like 15-25 minutes but are always willing to wait.

Love the location and the setting of the hotel! It has a lovely bar where we enjoyed a light bite while watching the Ryder Cup. Breakfast was great as was the view of the water from the dining room. The room was comfortable, and spacious. Wish we had more time to spend there! It was also very convenient to the airport.

Love the new decor but the room was too hot even in Sept and the fan didn’t cool it( no a/c). Also the round about way to get to a room on floor 5 required a map and 2 elevators or stairs and an elevator, very confusing ( had to help about 5 people in the hall find the way during my short stay) and inconvenient. Some of the food could be better.

Mostly very good, as expected from the Grand Hotel. Only negatives were that the room was too warm (no aircon and window only opened a couple of inches), and the gym/swimming pool were very busy with outside users (in fairness, it was the weekend) to the point of discouraging us from partaking.
