It’s too bad, because the view was great. The bed was uncomfortable; the tv had no streaming capability; we stayed in a room where we heard the elevator all night; and the parking situation is abysmal. Either pay $86 for valet or park off site and walk. We booked this for a view of the lake, but that alone isn’t worth staying here again.

Everything was clean and went well other than the fact the shower didn’t drain, said they were gonna send up maintenance and no one showed. Other than that it’s a nice basic hotel for a weekend stay.

The location was great. It was less than 10 minute walk to the Pier and 20 minute walk to Millennium park. The hotel looked nice but the rooms were super basic and a little run down even. No coffee or hot water pot or fridge in our room, we could hear the folks in the other room , and the dresser drawer was nailed shut. Luckily we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The beds were comfy at least.
