Fantastic hotel, best service we have ever had. We booked a family lunch there as well and had the most personalised attention and bespoke food and wine. Ive stayed in lots of 5* hotels before but with the service at this one and the beautiful decor I’d rate it 6* for sure. Highly recommended!

Lovely British decor hotel

Lovely old world style hotel in a very convenient location, close to metro station, many restaurants nearby, near Buckingham Palace and it‘s parks.

Gorgeous, friendly, helpful

The Reubens at The Palace was an excellent choice for me on the night in question. The staff helped me remedy several issues and went out of their way to give advice. A bit pricey but then that's to be expected for the location. All in all, a fine establishment with a lot of history behind it.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ausgezeichnete Tea-Time. Weiter befindet sich das Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten vom Buckingham Palast entfernt und es befindet sich auch ein Pub sowie ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Very beautiful hotel close to the royal palace.

Pros: Breakfast!
Location: Very close to Victoria underground station, Victoria Palace Theatre, there are also restaurant, including bio.
I was there for 4 days and it was just perfect. Friendly and very competent personnel. Excellent breakfast.
