Staff were great but the elevators sounded like they could breakdown any minute and the hallways were very noisy. Rooms not very clean. Have stayed multiple times in this same hotel due to location to the Museum district and standards have lowered for sure.

Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Rooms are rundown. Paint was chipping off the walls. Very old looking. Bathroom door didn’t shut. The shower looked disgusting. Elevators were tiny and made terrible noises. We booked 2 nights and only ended up staying 1 because it was so bad. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Bed was very, very comfortable. This is the only pro. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear conversations, being held at normal volume, through the walls. The shower did not hold in the water unless you aimed it towards the back wall - it would be all over the bathroom floor if you showered normally. There is zero counter space in the bathroom.
