At check-in the room that was assigned to us was still dirty with dirty towels in the bathroom floor. When going back down to address the issue the front office lady was nice and straight to the point in making sure we got taken care of and she put us in a different room! Pleased with our experience

Will never stay there again. Its bad and honestly a cheaper hotel is better. Breakfast consist of yogurt donut and cornflakes coffe. Every day. Elevators to old. Breakfadt area need repair. We stay at the Congress every time we go to a Bears game. Best location for the price. The room has minimal amenities and our TV was tiny. You're staying in a hotel that was built in the early 1900s or earlier, and the rooms have that feel, but the are always quiet.. The floor was laminate, which I like. The bar is ridiculously expensive. I stay there with my buddy when we go to games because of the great location, and we just go there to sleep after going out. It's perfectly fine for us, but if I was taking my wife, I would choose something nicer.

Your doorman, Steve, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasure to meet him and speak with him every morning. He helped brighten my day and alerted me to ways to save money. I killed a large cockroach in my bathroom on the 11th floor. The iron in my room left dark black stains on my white shirt.
