Reception tried to tell me I had to pay for breakfast when it was included in the rate. They backed down when showed receipt. TV remote was snapped in half !

Property and customer service from Hilton was fantastic. They were able to find me a room when my Ebookers booking was cancelled unexpectedly and without any notice. Ebookers customer service was terrible when trying to sort out why the room had been cancelled. I had to pay for another room and will get a refund from Ebookers. The hotel was fantastic, very central to what we needed and the room was spacious and clean. Would definately stay in this hotel again, just a shame with the issues with Ebookers.

Check in was quick and easy, staff very helpful and friendly. We didn’t get to spend much time in the hotel as it was just a one night stay but would recommend this hotel.

Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Drinks und das Essen waren ebenfalls super. Allerdings war unser Zimmer eiskalt. Die Klimanlage im Raum gab an das es in unserem Zimmer lediglich 16 warm war. Das Zimmer konnten wir leider auch nicht wärmen. Zudem war das Fenster undicht und der Wind zog hinein.
