The house is located directly on the beautiful Flint River and has a 2 story dock with a large upper sundeck for tanning or just relaxing, with your favorite beverage. The lower dock is great for relaxing, fishing, mooring your fishing boat, ski boat, or jet ski. This stretch of the river is excellent for fishing and all types of water sports. There's a public boat ramp about a mile down the road and plenty of parking in the home's large yard, for your boat trailer. Downtown Bainbridge is only a short 8-mile drive.
