The room was filthy, in bad disrepair and everything was bad, bad, bad. Had to clean the bathroom. Even the continental breakfast was bad. Need to close this hotel location down make La Quinta look really bad.

DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE ROACHES IN THE ROOMS

This was the worst place ever roaches all over the room, my daughter was in the hospital by there and my husband and 3 kids needed somewhere to sleep while I was at the hospital with our daughter. They were in the room for 5 minutes and had to leave immediately due to the roaches and they refused to refund us the money for the room and were rude about it. They wanted to switch them to a different room but if one room has roaches they all do and with special needs kids and my husband having medical issues they can not be around that. We live in WA and my husband had to go sit in the parking lot of the kern medical center with our 3 kids until my daughter was released at 7am. I called the to talk to the manager and was told they werent there they would be back in a hour and they would call me and I never got a call back. I will be contacting the bakersfield health department tomorrow. DO NOT STAY HERE

Pet fee discrepancy

I called your reservations number to confirm your hotel was pet friendly. I was told there was a $25 pet fee. So I booked the hotel at hotels.com and when i arrived the clerk said it was a $50 pet fee. So i paid it after complaining that i was told it was $25. After i checked out i get a form by email and it said $25 pet fee. I would like to get tgat credited back to me.
