The facility had excellent customer service. we get taken a red-eye flight and got in before we could check in but the front front desk staff made sure we had access to a restroom so we could change our clothes. give us a place where we can store. our baggage gave us some nice cold water and reached out to us when we were able to check in just a couple hours earlier than we would have normally checked in. excellent staff. excellent facility. I would absolutely this location to any of my friends.

I absolutely loved the look inside and out of this hotel. Had a nice charm to it. The way the rooms are layed out across the floor means you have one room across from you and not long hallways where noise can travel. You can actually open the windows in the rooms a decent amount. 2nd and 42nd is considerably quieter then grand central or anything near times square/fifth Avenue midtown or penn station, but still very walkable to those locations. Cannot recommend enough

Once in our room, found a 1/2 eaten sandwich in the fridge. Crumbs all over the floor. Called front desk, and all we got was sorry. Nobody came and cleaned it up. They don’t clean you room until you check out. Called down for clean towels twice. Never showed up, had to go to front desk and get them myself, and they acted like I was stealing them or something.
