The room accommodations are sub-par. HVAC system is in need of repairs to include extremely noisy/loud. No room service. Food service offered for carry out/in room dining, but no microwave in the rooms or on the floor to keep warm or heat. Perfect example is buffet breakfast. Several of the dishes are luke warm are best in temperature right of the serving line. The food is cold after a short elevator ride to the rooms. You can do better!

The staff were all friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was not free as the question states in the survey. And coffee was $3.00 if you just wanted coffee and didn't buy breakfast. For what a room costs I would think they would have complimentary coffee. But we will probably stay here again as it is very convenient to my daughter's house and overall we like it.

The room was clean but needed updated. Bothe the floor lamp and desk lamp had broken shades, the door that would normally have been covering the tvs stand and hiding the refrigerator and microwave, did not exist, rusty spots on the interior door frame in the bathroom, outdated furniture, etc. For the lobby and bar area being as updated as it was, the room was most definitely an after thought. Beds were OK and pillows were thin and flimsy and we could've used about 4 more just to be comfortable. Staff was friendly. We ended up using one elevator consistently because the other seemed like it didn't want to open every time we got to the bottom floor. Also - we did not go to the bar or eat at the restaurant because the menu was very limited so we ended up going to some of our favorite spots in Columbia instead. Over all - not a bad stay but for the cost and again, the lobby being upgraded, the rooms could've been much better.

There were kids there running up and down hallway - hitting the door. Someone had a dog that barked a lot. Staff needs to ensure parents and dog owners are responsible. When checking out was not asked my stay was - I mentioned not a good stay - response - sorry

The hotel is very well done. The hotel and elevators smells nice. The staff that we dealt with treated us very nice, was very welcoming and asked if we wanted their signature cookie. You can see the hotel lobby and bar area from the elevators because it's glass windows, not enclosed like a regular elevator. You can sit at the bar and watch tv while you're getting you cocktail on and possibly having something to eat. They were decorating the Xmas tree while we were there. They have plenty of parking. I think if you come out of the hotel and go down the road you have different stores and places to eat. The rooms are so comfortable even the studio rooms are spacious enough. They have bath mats to put down so you don't slip in the shower because there's no grip on the bottom of the shower floor. They have a pool that's a bit bigger than other hotels (usually it's like a big bathtub), the water was quite warm my husband said which is not good for any kind of exercise. When I went to see the pool the room was chilly like a draft which you don't' want to feel if you're warm in the water. The workout room is kind of small my husband said, at least it's there if you want to do any kind of workout, treadmill, weights etc... The one thing that was a bit surprising is that there are no USB ports to charge your phone. I happened, for once, to leave my plug in charger home,we had the usb charger but there were no ports. They had plenty of outlets to plug in, which was amazing. I loved it.
