I will not be recommending this place to anyone for they pass the buck and no one ever responds back if there is an issue. First they put a &250 hold on your card like it’s the Ritz Carlton. Next my 73 year old mother experienced Ants crawling on her night stand then she was being bitten by them while she slept. I called that morning to speak to a supervisor she was not there. I was in town burying my grandfather so I called back when I had the chance. I finally spoke to someone and being though I was with family she told me she would call me back and never did. Why am I calling hunting you down and your establishment was in the wrong? It’s so absurd and unacceptable. I also have pictures of this that I will be posting to IG, Facebook and TicTok since I have to call everyone and no one is following up with me.

Very Surprised by the Two Bedroom Suite

I stayed at this property with my family of four, and we rented a two bedroom suite. Desk check-in was seamless, and the fellow working the registration desk was very polite and well-mannered. The layout was nice with sufficient space between the main bedrooms, and the pull out sofa was large. The unit having two bathrooms was also a nice surprise, and it made things very easy for four persons. I had to run early so the two of us that got to enjoy the breakfast were happy with what was served. This property has changed my perspective of renting one suite vs two rooms. I feel like I received a good service at an awesome value and my family was happy with the stay. I will continue to support this business.

Good stay needs plumbing repairs though

The stay was good but the shower didn’t drain well at all. It was to the point where you might as well had been taking a bath that’s how slow the tub drained. Then the bathroom sink started to drain slow also

Bath tubs are old and could be updated. My first room was not as tidy due to housekeeping issues. My TV didn’t work so I was switched to a new room. That room was way better and clean. I would stay again.
