Must be back to have this great experience again.

What a nice hospitality we’ve had! I can’t explain enough, but I’d like to recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to visit BSB, Brunei. Great breakfast, friendly staff both in front and restaurant, clean room with nice city view. I don’t know when, but my second visit is a must to share with my family experiences which can’t be got from other countries. ʾin shāʾa-llāh.

Excellent customer service

Really nice stay. Walkable to restaurants and tourist sites. Pretty quiet, can definitely hear traffic from ‘city view’ room. Average breakfast. Some items felt not as fresh as they could be. Waffles and pastries dried out from heating lamps. Only watermelon for a fruit choice. The beds were the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel though! Really nice pillows too. No face cloths in bathroom but nice towels otherwise. Fitness room was adequate. The staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Allowed for a 1pm check out and then able to hang out by pool until leaving for airport at 4pm. Would recommend this hotel.

Good location not in a too busy or outskirt location. Just nice and peace. Walking distance to the water front. Shuttle to Times Square was convenient. Very friendly staff.

I like it that they have free parking for guests. Rooms are generally clean and neat. Most importantly, the bathrooms provide good privacy - no glass panels between bathroom and bedroom, and doors can be locked perfectly well.
