While the overall property was quite charming, I feel like the staff could do a better job letting their customers know about the amenities both available and unavailable to their customers. First, no ice/vending machines in the hallways as is typical. They sent me to the on-site restaurant kitchen to get ice cubes. (weird). Second, there is no elevator in this hotel though it has multiple floors. I guess if you are handicapped, you are stuck on the ground floor. Very odd to see a modern public hotel without this basic disability-compliant technology. That said, it was very quiet here and the rooms are comfortable with great views of the surrounding vistas. We didn't eat at their restaurant so can't speak to that experience.

Great location and views. Service and amenities were very convenient. We were able to borrow bear spray, umbrellas, and walking poles without a cost. Also free shuttle service downtown!

Juniper is away from downtown which makes it more difficult without a car as there are no uber services and you’re relying on their shuttle and Banff’s taxi service. Location is amazing for hiking and quiet reflection. Restaurant is excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. I recommend but make sure you rent a car or be ready to walk or take a taxi.

Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Reception was kind and provided advice on places to visit as a first timer in Banff. I didn’t expect it, but I had a room with a great view of the mountains. The only downside would be the lack of immediate food options. The onsite restaurant was quite expensive without too many options. Had to go to downtown Banff for different options.

Really pretty spot, I liked this hotel a bit more as it is further outside the main town. It was clean, good food, and quiet. The hot tub has a nice view, but it can be hard to find a good time to use it as it seats 4-6 and you may find it awkward to interrupt other couples when they are using it.

Beautiful scenery and views from the room, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, great distance from downtown Banff. Bicycle’s available for use. Amazing dining for brunch in the morning with those stunning views of the mountains.
