Nice but confused.

This was our first circle tour trip. This booking confused me. I had expected to stay at in the building labeled "The Voy". Instead I was directed to a different motel called the Nor West a couple blocks away that was tucked behind another motel called the Villa Bianca. The room we were given was nice and very clean. We discovered APTN television that we really enjoyed. We walked around town and got a wave from almost everyone that drove by.

Great motel and very modern

Me and my family had only a one light stay after a long drive but we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. It was very modern on the inside and everything was neat and clean. Would highly recommend!

We booked the Voy and they gave us a room at Norwestern motel up the road, not what we booked. No A/C and no notification that this was going to happen during initial booking. It was non refundable and when we got the confirmation the Norwestern was indicated

The room was great - very clean, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioner! The fridge/freezer was also great and a step up from the usual combo appliance in hotels. The grounds were not that great. I had two dogs with me so we spent some time walking around outside and there was trash that could have been picked up, but that was minor.

Comfortable beds and clean room. We were sent to their second location, which is a bit confusing. The bathroom was in need of an update, unless you are a huge fan of pink bathrooms. Windows had no secure locks on them.

That the office is open 24/7, the staff was very friendly at check in & out. The rooms were clean, had microwave & fridge with freezer. Which was great so I could refreeze our ice packs. Being right on the highway, I thought it would be noisy but it wasn't.

A very pleasant surprise.

What a pleasant surprise this motel was! Simple but very clean. Bathroom as well. And a restaurant that was great right beside. There is also a general store to buy things needed.

The room smells of stale urine and wet dog, which has set off my allergies, the room is filthy, the bed linen is stained, there is no air conditioning, the toilet doesnt flush, the tiles in the bathroom are popping and its mouldy. The windows dont lock it is dirty and filthy the neighbours are noisy and they smoke which is seeping into my room

This is one of the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit. We don’t usually stay in motels so this was a great surprise! It’s older but they’ve done a nice job. I would say though that they must change the windows (room 28) as the sliding glass windows do not have working locking mechanisms so I would never stay there alone! It was safe and quiet, but would not recommend for lone traveller or anyone who is vulnerable…The price was excellent and we’ll be back!
