Loved it.

That place was one of the nicest places Ive ever stayed in. The gym and pool were truly awesome. Imo a great deal. I t aas so good I tried to book a second night, bit accidentally booked the Adelphi Grand, a sister property 2 miles away, lol.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for walking to the park or the train. The onsite restaurant was great! The proximity to Nana Plaza was entertaining but, not too close. Great place. Would stay again.

Great location and staff, however, be advised that the offer of transportation from the airport in advance is a mess! I emailed the hotel one week out about transport from the airport and was told you had to pre-pay at least three days out. I emailed them again and said “no problem “ , we went back-and-forth. I gave them my email three times and we never had a prepaid transport from the airport. So beware about that - just get a “ metered taxi” from the airport. Otherwise it’s a nice place in a great walking location.

We had a seamless check-in experience and were warmly welcomed by the polite staff. Our one bedroom suite was well-appointed with a full kitchen. After a long and tiring flight, we appreciated the convenience of ordering delicious food from Monsoon restaurant on the ground floor directly to our room. The ability to store leftovers and reheat them the next day was an added bonus. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room, even though the hotel is in a busy location, was so quiet. No noise from other rooms or from the street. We slept really well here. The coffee shop on the ground floor was another pleasant discovery, serving up great coffee and pastries to start our day. Our room was impeccably equipped with everything we needed – we couldn't think of a single amenity that was lacking. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the skytrain was just a short stroll away, making it easy to explore the city. Our only disappointment was the inconsistent hot water supply in the shower, particularly at the end of the day. Nevertheless, we would happily return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were all so nice and friendly. The woman at the coffee shop was such a sweetheart too!! The room was really clean and had a great view!
