This was the first time that I have stayed at the hotel for about 45 years. I actually stayed in the sky wing which I believe is the original part of the hotel. It is a little dated but well maintained with all modern facilities. I was wondering what happened to the pink flamingoes and pond that used to be in front off the hotel??

The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is clean and the reception is very helpful. However after many stays at the hotel in previous years, I was shocked to find out that the swimming pool is not heated any more. A big disappointment for me.

Great location . Quiet and clean hotel . Big room . Bed very comfortable. AC works well. Check- in/ out could take some time. 1000 baht cash deposit required. Planned accordingly. Despite big breakfast area, it can be crowded or difficult to get a table.
