The hotel itself is comfortable, decently clean, but my experience highlighted a lack of attention to detail and follow-through. While I was away from my room for a couple of nights (and still paying for the room), the AC was turned off in Bangkok heat, which resulted in damage to personal items (speciality chocolates). Although the hotel acknowledged the mistake in writing, the issue was ultimately not resolved and no reimbursement was provided. If reliability and accountability during your stay matter to you, this is something to be aware of.

What a fabulous hotel in the quieter older part of Bangkok, still lots to walk to and see, great restaurants close by, and the hotel was very clean and functional. Great pool topside, small patio out front for watching the world go by

Location from Koa San road 10 minute safe walk. Staff greeted with refreshments. Front desk staff very hospitable, rooms clean, safe, comfortable and stocked with drinks/snacks. I was in Bangkok for three days before heading to the islands. This hotel was really convenient. It’s located in old town. There’s a bit of construction happening on the main street but I didn’t really hear it from my room. Everybody at the hotel is awesome nice and hospitable. They have free water, fruit, and desserts available in the lobby, which was really really convenient and cool. The room was clean and comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk from Khaoson Road !!

The hotel is more than you expect from the run-down area it’s located in. A true gem in Bangkoks old town, only a short walk away from most popular spots. Very clean and accommodating, with increasingly polite staff.
