アジアティーク方面にチャオプラヤー川を見渡すバルコニー（椅子・テーブル付き）があり、非常に快適です。BTSの駅にも近く、ホテルに隣接して、ショッピングモール（スーパーマーケット）、フードコート、屋台もあります。改装もされており（ほぼ終了）、非常に快適です。スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーで親切にしてくれます。改装後は、洗濯機が部屋から原則なくなってしまった（2ベットルームのタイプにはあるようです）ので、長期滞在の場合、コインランドリーか、Soi2本、北に上がったところにある洗濯屋さんに行くか、、ホテル内のランドリーサービスを利用するかになりますが、洗濯屋さんは、長期滞在の欧米人が多いスクンビットの繁華街とと比べると割高の価格設定になってますね。

같은건물에 탑마트, 무카타레스토랑, 맥도널드, 스벅까지 다 있어서 편리해요. 건물 초입에 로컬과일집까지 편리하게 지낼수 있어서 추천합니다 레노한지 얼마 안되서 그런지 페인트냄새가 나긴 했지만 엄청 거슬릴정도는 아니었어요 호텔에서 공항까지 이동도 도와주시고 감사했습니다:-)

It’s an old hotel in an old commercial part of town mainly for locals. So, it’s a hectic area and traffic is always bad there. That said it locates in the same building as a mall and it takes only 5-10 min walk to a BTS Skytrain station. So, it’s fine to commute on the days without luggage, but you have to plan for extra time on the departure day to the airport. When I visited, a large scale renovation is in progress. Appeared to had been and will continue for a while (hence, it offered reduced prices). You should check with the hotel to make sure about their renovation plan.
