Warm welcome, staff helpful, lovely facilites, pool is lovely on the rooftop, were only there for 2 days so only got chance to use once. Rooms had everything you need, bottled water, tea and coffee. A/C great and beds super comfortable

We had an excellent stay at Chillax Heritage. The property is outstanding and the service is exemplary. The location is phenomenal as the hotel is next to the bustling Khaosan district, but the hotel itself is amazingly quiet.

Loved my room, it was clean, bed and plenty pillows super comfy. Close to Khao San Rd, if that's your thing, and also to the Riverside with its beautiful sunsets. Shower wonderful, except in the bath tub. Despite the shower curtain water leaked and splashed everywhere and from under the tub, which leaves you with wet feet. If you don't mind that, you're good here. Great atmosphere.
