The staff was extremely pleasant and great to interact with! We showed up much earlier than check-in, and we were able to leave our bags in storage so that we could walk around and explore. Once the room was ready, we enjoyed a break from the humidity and heat with an A/C ready room, and a beautiful welcome of heart petals and towel art. We then enjoyed lounging by the pool with a great view, and a swim up bar. The buffet breakfast option was also great, featuring a mix of pastries, breakfast foods, and thai food staples. Location-wise, it’s great! It’s close to a lot of fun things to do day or night, many tourist spots, but also local charming spots.

All the people who work at Chillax are very helpful. Especially the gentleman who carried our luggage to the room. The room was lovely. The bed was really comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job and made up our beds very comfortably. The pool is great. My only complaint is the coffee was overcooked. And bitter. Thank you.

The rooftop pool was amazing after a long flight. Staff were helpful and friendly. Easy to walk to river to catch the hop on hop off boat and plenty of places to eat close by.
