I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive—greeting me with genuine smiles and even a warm cookie at check-in, which set the tone for the entire visit. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern décor and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—an impressive spread with plenty of international and local options, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly, making sure guests felt well taken care of. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to Phrom Phong BTS station and right next to Emporium and EmQuartier malls, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. The pool and fitness facilities were also great, offering a quiet place to unwind after a busy day in Bangkok. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok delivers both comfort and convenience, backed by outstanding service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

On arrival/check in the receptionist ‘Toon’ was fantastic in making sure our stay would be as we expected. There was a slight booking issue (no fault of either us or Doubletree) & Toon took care of that efficiently & satisfactorily. The Hotel itself was as we had hoped. The staff are great.

Great Staff.

Room wasn’t quite ready for our 3pm check in. Had to wait 30/45 mins. Not really a big problem. The receptionist ‘Toon’ was very very good and made sure any issues were dealt with very smoothly. She has single handedly made our experience pleasant. Breakfast was very enjoyable.

Hotel is in a good location close to bars restaurants and shopping malls The staff are friendly and welcoming the one and only issue and it’s a personal one I thought the bed was uncomfortable it was too lumpy and pillows were too soft

Don't Double Think! Go Ahead To Book This Hotel :)

This was my first time staying at the Doubletree in Sukhumvit on business travel. What a seamless check-in experience! I had a late check-in, so the warm cookie was a nice touch (especially so after a long day of work!) Great location with just a short 5 min walk to the train station. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet also has a great selection of food. I hope to be back soon :)
