Everything about this hotel is top-notch. There is a hot tub in both the Men's and Women's spas, but the outdoor "Hot Tub" was not heated, so that was a complete let down, and the roof top pool closes at 8PM, no wonder it was not busy up there, but looks beautiful! Lost potential in that amenity.

This is a very convenient hotel located in the heart of the city with direct access to the BTS and the huge terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk outside and there are a plethora of eateries, bars and some good Thai massage places also just 2 mins away. I had an early AM flight so was unable to check in until 2pm but the waiting lounge area is very nice, quiet and relaxing with complimentary drinks - coffees, iced lemon tea etc. You can also charge devices here and there is even a working space. I was fortunate to receive the upgrade room which was absolutely fantastic. An amazing panoramic view of the city, lovely comfortable bed, work desk, sofa. Overall a lovely stay, thank you. The complimentary drinks in the fridge was a bit disappointing (just a coke, OJ and juice, no alcohol) but that was the only very minimal negative point. I will stay here again for sure.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Clean room! Lots of amenities! Awesome that it’s connected to the metro system! We only stayed one night but if I’m ever in Bangkok again, I will definitely be staying here!
