I would say it's a short distance away from the Main Street. Almost everything is there. But it's also far enough away from the action that's it's quiet enough to rest after a long day of exploring. The room was fine for what I needed.

Staff were nice and responsive to items we needed. Close walk to BTS Nana stop and Metro Sukhumvit stop. Breakfast is available. Multiple 711s close by. A bunch of bars and restaurant down the street but didn’t go to. The only thing we didn’t like was the couch because it was dirty :/ there was a room down the hall that smelled cigarettes for 2 nights but they didn’t do anything about it. A few days after, guest left and housekeeping was cleaning the room. The room looked very trashed and multiple alcohol bottles were there.

Small but excellent.

I’ve been here before. Great hotel. I like that it is small enough that you never wait for anything. The lobby, elevator, room cleaning, valet etc. Everything is very clean and the rooftop pool/jacuzzi is mostly empty. But as always location is important and Hope Land is 500 meters from Nana station and all the old and new Bangkok you could want.

Nice Stay with a Few Suggestons

For the majority, I had a great stay. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very polite. The dayshift shuttle driver/security gentleman was amazing. He was very careful of my safety when coming and going from the property. So, khob khun kha peuan! I cannot wait to see you next time. I do have a few suggestions: Please make sure there are no sugar ants present in the rooms. If you offer a full kitchen and washer, it would be lovely to have cookware, proper utensils, and dish soap so that a guest may able to cook. A drying rack to go along with the washer would be helpful so that guests do not have to hang their clothes on the balcony. Also, maybe add more hangers than just 5 that are currently there. Please make sure the toilet is not constantly running. It was hard to sleep with the noise. Please have housekeeping wipe down the walls, clean under the tub, and scrub away the mold in the shower. I understand due to the weather/humidity, it is hard to control the mold and the drain gnats. Pouring hot water will take care of the gnats. Please keep the venders from hawking loudly outside the windows as again, it makes it hard to sleep. Overall, this was a comfortable stay and I would book your hotel again.

Some light switches by the bedside would be convenient instead of having to get out of bed to turn the lights off before sleeping. Also, it would be more comfortable for us who like to READ in bed, and then go to sleep WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF BED to turn off the lights. Some Sports channels in English would be great to avoid getting bored for us who do not understand the wonderful Thai language. Thank you! Otherwise, all was very good.
