The room the hotel allocated me was tired. The furniture was scratched badly and the seats did not look clean. The carpets were stained. The restaurant was expensive and the food I had was very average. Not the standard of hotel I was expecting.

Loves: close to the airport making it convenient for early morning flights, 24 hour check in/stay policy, very spacious room, amazing bathroom with a large bathtub and lovely products for you to use, lots of counter space as well, a built in clothes line to hang your wet bathing suits or clothes if you do your own laundry when you travel (like we do), super comfy bed and pillows Misses: compared to other hotels in Thailand, it's very expensive but I understand why, the hotel lay out is pretty confusing and not great for trying to get in and our quickly, our room was super far from an elevator (2 min walk at least), not very convenient for getting around Bangkok if you're interested in seeing the city, we found the subway a little confusing here

I was bitten twice in the leg while I slept. The lampshade next to the bed was torn on the inside and generally in bad condition. I did not like that I was given a garden view room where passerby’s could easily access my window.

When walking into the lobby the hotel looks amazing. Unfortunately this is where the beauty begins and ends. We were placed on the 5th floor. Soon as we got off the elevator it was day and night compared to the hotel lobby. The floor gave cheap run down motel vibes and not what should be expected of the Hyatt Brand. The carpet had numerous stains and smelled horrible. The walls on the floor are in need of new paint asap. The entire floor smelled like mold and mildew. The room they provided us was extremely outdated with visibly wore down furniture. The room also had a mildew smell. The overall condition of the floor and room is deplorable and disgusting. At no point should any customer be given conditions like this to sleep in and at the rate they are charging for nightly reservation. I have tried to reach out to the hotel with no avail.
