Our overnight stay was satisfactory however CA$86.43 extra was billed to my American Express card on departure. The room was fully paid for in advance using Expedia. We had no other charges in the hotel, we did not use the in room bar, and a meal in the restaurant was paid for with cash (Thai Baht). Pls explain. Thank you.

We walked easily from the airport to the hotel through the underground tunnel. The shuttle took us back to the airport check in the next morning. Great hotel.

An excellent choice when traveling through Bangkok. We stayed 1 night awaiting our flight the following day and found this hotel very convenient. The rooms were very clean and quiet, along with a choice of dining with in the property. The Sports Bar offered beer, wine, cocktails and generous food portions. A big plus to the hotel airport shuttle that got us right to the front gate of our departing airlines. We highly recommend.

Being only an easy ten minute walk from the airport is the main reason why we stay here after a long flight or before an early morning departure and the 24 hour check in. The service and facilities are what you would expect from a Hyatt but there has been a significant increase in the cost of staying here. The buffet dinner for 800Baht is excellent value with an incredible range of fabulous food. The pool is lovely.
