Comfortable bed, nice linens, good blackout blinds, great shower, mini-fridge in room, robes and slippers, fluffy, absorbent towels, excellent lighting. Almost perfect. Only one flaw – only one of the bedside tables has an electrical and USB outlet. If you’re traveling, solo, no problem. If you’re travelling with a spouse, you’ll have to draw straws.

I stayed here during an overnight layover. It was great. They have no set check-in time, so you can get a room anytime and just check out 24 hours later. The facilities need a little TLC, it looks a little outdated. However, everything else, especially the staff, is great. Their on-site spa is fabulous and super convenient.

I tried to find how to get the hotel after arriving in BKK airport, but I could not find the way to get there in the Hotel website. I could see the hotel, but could not find the way to get there. At the information desk of the airport, I was informed to go to exit 4. Finally, I found the hotel desk at Exit 4 where I could use free shuttle bus. It was nearly midnight and was exhausted. Hotel access from BKK airport should be clealy lindicated in the hotel website.

They met all my needs to accomodate me and my family for our short overnight stay between flights. Staff at check in were very polite and efficient; even have my son a holiday test bag which was nice. Didn't use the amenities but there were a lot available which would be great for a longer stay.
