I am extremely disappointed with Expedia. I specifically searched for a hotel at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) International Airport, but Expedia booked me a hotel at Don Mueang Airport, which is a completely different airport on the other side of the city. This mistake caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and extra transport costs. It completely ruined my travel plans. Expedia’s misleading listing and lack of clarity are unacceptable. This kind of error is not minor—it’s a major failure in basic travel service. I trusted Expedia to make my travel easier, not harder. I won’t be booking through them again unless they fix this.

This hotel is connected to the airport and very good for layovers. Hyatt recently took over this hotel from Novotel. It needs slight renovation in the carpets and rooms. I saw a sign in my hallway mentioning that they’ll be working on that soon.

The room was not vacuumed and there were dirt, a cockroach and an unidentified bug on the floor. When we made the staff aware, he removed the bug with his foot. The inventory was relatively worn.

We are a family of six and they were able to provide connecting rooms without any issues. Wonderful service at check in and with staffing in general. Leaving early for the airport was without any difficulties and were able to tuck in a breakfast at 4 am prior to our flight. Would recommend staying without any reservations.

Excellent Airport Stay

I’m not expecting an airport hotel to be this big. It’s an old building but the lobby is quite impressive and spacious. The room was clean, efficient and the service is warm and friendly. They even have a nice pool and a garden in the middle of the hotel courtyard. What’s best, I love that I can check-in anytime and guaranteed 24hrs stay. Airport shuttle service is free, 24h availability (no need to book). Alternatively, the hotel is connected to the airport via an underground walkway accessibility, just about 300m away by foot. Highly recommended. I had wonderful experience.

Disappointing

I know it’s an airport hotel so I wasn’t expecting much. However the condition of the place is worse than imagined. Discoloured curtains, leaking shower head and grimy looking bed frame. For the price point they did even offer slippers. The only reason why they can charge this whilst offering so little is because of the location.

Convenient hotel during your long transit in BKK

We can walk about 5-7 minutes from airport to hotel or either take free hotel shuttle from airport to hotel. Foods are delicious. We can enjoy our Thai massage before our flight at midnight. The check-in time is 24hrs. If u check-in at 21:00 , then u can check out same time on the next day. This is convenient for us because we have a night flight. We will come again.
