The shuttle is easy to find upon arrival. The staff through out the whole operation is outstanding. They are friendly and helpful. Very nice place to stay. I always recommend it to anyone coming to Thailand.

The room was clean and well stocked with necessities I had forgotten. Also very convenient to the airport. The walk from the airport through underground tunnel B1 was, in truth, easuer and less hassle than the above ground shuttle moving through traffic.
