Very good location in Sukhumvit near Phrom Phong and Asok BTS Stations. You have shopping, restaurants and nightlife on your doorstep. I booked a Premier Single Room - VIP. The room and bathroom were big and spacious. Nice view. Complimentary water was provided daily. As a few others have mentioned, I think the hotel needs to renovate the bathroom, this looked old and in desperate need of being updated. The shower area was not safe. It is easy to create a swimming pool and slip. I showered in the bath which prevented water from flooding everywhere. Although my breakfast was included, I didn't bother as it didn't look very appealing. The concierge and housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant. Always helpful and kind. The staff at reception not so much. They were not friendly at all and some were rude. Checking in and out was like watching paint dry. So slow. I come to Bangkok often for work and usually stay in a 5 Star hotel. This is definitely not a 5 Star hotel in my opinion. I would say this is more a 4 Star hotel. I personally prefer something more luxurious. However, I would recommend this if you are looking for a decent, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location.

Great friendly staff. Breakfast have good variety not overwhelming. The location is convenient and not busy, away from all the tourists and shopping crowd. It’s a great location if you don’t want to deal with the crowd. Overall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and comfortable.

The stay was amazing! Had a complimentary upgrade to the corner duplex suite when it was time to check in which came as a surprise to me. The surrounding area is lively with the nearest BRT station 500m away. There’s a mall right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good but nothing to shout about. Kudos to the concierge team they were very engaging with guests and suggested some places and attractions to visit!

This hotel is in the heart of the Sukhumit area of Bangkok with easy access to the BTS and MRT train lines. From the moment you check in, you experience the Thai hospitality. This hotel has everything. It even has a boxing ring to work on your Muay Thai. I would stay there again!

This was my fifth stay at S31 and I keep coming back for several reasons. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from both MRT and BTS stations. It`s based in the Em District with several large shopping malls around with tens of choices for both dining and shopping. I usually stay at Duplex Room which is very spacious and I would say a very good value for the price. The staff has always been very courteous and made the stay experience that much better. And I last but not least, I have not mention breakfast. One of my favourite things about my stay with large variety of choices.
