I was concerned given other reviews. But would definitely stay there again. Staff were great, the airport shuttle is efficient and the little pack lunch we all got cos we checked out before breakfast was a pleasent surprise! Opps forgot to mention that we were upgraded! Win win

Smell in a bathroom was like someone never used flash from toilet. We can not sleep whole night in such smell. They did not allow us to enter breakfast room until 7 am, but some Asian customers were allowed to enter earlier. Water hose in bathroom was very short and we can not take a proper shower. If it was upgrade, than what was the regular room ? Poor guests

We booked 4 rooms. We were very pleased that they were all together on the same floor but one had a broken bathroom window, one smelt so bad occupants had to be moved, one leaking toilet, one was perfectly fine. The mattresses were so hard that one of our party hurt their back and suffered all the home on a 13 hour flight. Having said that the staff were lovely. The food was excellent in the restaurant. Be aware that we had to pay 2000 baht deposit in cash again any damage.

The airport shuttle was exactly what we needed! The hotel will give you instructions where to go in BKK. You will talk to a shuttle coordinator there who will call the hotel and then take you directly to the shuttle when it arrives. Check-in is at noon, which allowed for an afternoon nap and shower after LONG flights. Breakfast buffet is excellent with both Asian and Western options including fresh fruits and veg. The hotel is easily within walking distance of a big 7-11, massage place, local market, etc. If I ever fly through Bangkok on a layover in the future I will without hesitation come back to this hotel.

Stayed in room 419 on a layover for one night. Better hotel overall then the last I stayed in. Free shuttle was nice but only from BKK. Room 419 smelled of sewage from shower drain. I put a towel over the drain to help but still the bed sheets smelled of sewage. Shower water was only a trickle. I never asked to be moved as it was late arrival and early departure. I mentioned the smell at check out but lady didn’t seem to respond to my feedback. Maybe cause of language barrier. Taxi from other airport costed 1500 baht. Bolt for some reason would not work due to connection error. Ultimately I spent more on time and taxies then the airfare to just fly into BKK

We got in late and just needed a place to rest after a long haul flight before going to Phuket the next day. Nothing fancy, but it’s clean and reasonably priced with shuttle to hotel from airport. Staff were also were quite helpful.

Hotel location is great if you looking to stay for a lay over near airport. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms were not that nice, beds quite uncomfortable. A lot of mosquitos in the room too. Airport shuttle is helpful however
