Location: it's about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest BTS. With the extreme heat, suggest to use the hotel mini golf buggy (every 30 minutes). There is a convenience store about 5 minutes walk away. You can walk to some of the nearest malls for food within 25 minutes. Lobby: strangely old and not like the pictures. Customer service is good and friendly. Room: medium size. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small. Chargeable hotel bar fridge. Hairdryer and kettle supplied. Hotel provides two small bottles of complimentary drinking water each day. Air conditioning is good and rooms are not very noisy, although, they supply disposable air buds to cancel out noise. Breakfast is good with a mix of western and international foods.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. Convenient location close to metro (10-15min walk). Small, but very clean and bright rooms. Breakfast buffet offers various options, espresso and fresh fruits. Will come again!

It was a good stay. Room was small. Location is great. Breakfast buffet had great selection. Staff were polite and friendly. There was a mishap on prepayment but it was not their fault. It was more like a negligent on hotels.com side. Overall it was a good stay.

For $72 USD this is a fantastic choice. The breakfast buffet (included) is very good. Remember I am from Las Vegas so we know buffets.🙂 The pool on the roof was good. There is a Tops Supermaket in the Conrad Hotel 5 minutes away. Overall would stay there again.

Very nice hotel with modern and clean facilities. Staff need more training, as when we checked out we were accused of taking an item from the minibar that we did not take. We had to pay for the item as we were in a hurry, even after telling staff that we did not take anything from the minibar. So a good hotel, somewhat ruined by staff accusing us of stealing a 30 Baht bag of peanuts! And I have stayed at the hotel many times before!
