This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Stayed here twice already. Customer service is really good. When I get back from shopping I saw an iron in my room. I did na requested but they provided maybe because when they cleaned my room they saw that all my clothes needed ironing. This is customer sevice, no need to ask.

Checking in was smooth & pleasant. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Room was both clean and comfortable. Room & washroom amenities were more than adequate. Location is great! Lots of eateries & waterholes within walking distance. The Nana ((BTS) Station is about a 10 minute walk. Breakfast spread was adequate. Recommended.

A week in Bangkok

A week in Bangkok for my girlfriend and I and we loved it. I have been staying at this same hotel for years. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Beds are comfortable and great water pressure. Food is exceptional and the pool is a great area for drinks and chilling with a great view. We are already planning our return trip next April. Cheers
