客房整洁度，温泉浸浴设施，都能得到最高的五星评分。晚上11时洗脸盆堵塞了，得到的回复是工程人员下班了，只能更换客房。提出借用吸尘机即可自行清理解决，得到的回复是清洁人员也下班了，不能提供吸尘机。若大一间酒店，晚上出了状况，基本上除了更换客房，不具备任何解决问题的能力。对于明天一早就要退房的客人来说，半夜更换客房谈何容易？也就是说，客房出了问题，所有不便需由客人独自承担。发生在今天的中国，让人叹为观止！
