This charming apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Gràcia Village, between Joanic and Fontana stations. It has an area of 50 m² and can accommodate 3 people. Among its spaces we find a fully equipped gas kitchen with table and chairs, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. It has 2 double bedrooms, independent dressing room, living-dining room with access to the balcony and bathroom with shower.

Gràcia is one of the most picturesque and authentic neighbourhoods in Barcelona. It is simply wonderful to stay here; what was an independent municipality until 1897 is today the dynamic residence of artists, designers and international students who give the district its bohemian and cosmopolitan side.

Curiously, before being incorporated into the city of Barcelona, Gràcia was, until the 18th century, a typically rural village where there were three types of buildings: Catalan farmhouses, convents and religious buildings, and manor houses built by members of the Barcelona upper class who used these houses as second homes and, above all, as summer residences. Today, the neighbourhood moves at the dizzying speed of modern times: modernist streets, artists exhibiting their works and visitors who come to enjoy the atmosphere and, why not, some good tapas. But that is what makes the beauty of this wonderful neighbourhood, finding cosy squares and having a drink on the terraces of Plaça del Sol, Plaça de la Virreina, Plaça del Diamant, which has inspired so many works of art. Catalan writers... The location of the neighbourhood is excellent, very close to Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça de Catalunya, the most touristy area of Barcelona.

Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it

Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.

- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.

Clean, good location. One remark, sometimes a lot of noise coming from the street.
