The flat has two spacious double bedrooms, designed for relaxation, and
several balconies: two small exterior balconies overlooking Manso
Street and an interior balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard, providing
natural light and cross ventilation. The living room is spacious and
cosy, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

It has a modern and functional full bathroom with a shower and a fully
equipped separate kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast or meals at
home. The flat is equipped with central air conditioning, ensuring
comfort throughout the year.

This flat combines space, comfort and a premium location, making it an
ideal choice for those seeking an authentic experience in Barcelona, in

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Great place, great location

Historic building, walkup or elevator. Tree lined streets with tons of shops and restaurants. Directly across the street from Sant Antoni indoor market (with large grocery in basement). Easy walk to parks and museums. We’ll be back
