Apartment description - 3 bedroom newly renovated apartment with 3 full bathrooms. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. 2nd and 3rd bathrooms have a door to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, respectively, plus another door each to hallway.

Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with two 140x200cm beds. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has two single beds, (90x200cm), one of them in the loft.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
You will have air conditioning A/C on hot days (May - September) or HEATING during the cold period (October - April).
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

The apartment has a balcony with seating and there is also access to the furnished roof terrace, with monument views.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 7.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.

Liliana and Olga and everyone from the rental team was awesome and so knowledgeable and friendly! The apartment was even better than the pictures and having a bathroom for each bedroom was so amazing and hot water for three showers running simultaneously was so amazing and saved us so much time. Best of all was the location! We walked to Sagrada Família, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera on another night and our favorite breakfast place was Billy Brunch less than 5 minutes from the apartment!

So perfect! Location was unbeatable- and it was gorgeous and spacious with multiple balconies and a rooftop with incredible views. Pictures don't do it justice. And they were great communicators and allowed us to check in early. I cannot say enough positive things- best stay ever!

This apartment was excellent and as advertised. Well stocked with starter kits in the kitchen and bathrooms. Abundant number of towels and a person on site to help with any issues or concerns immediately. Very walkable location and we were easily able to get to all the sites. Highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, from the mosaic tiles on the floors to the soaring ceilings. The building is beautiful and is surrounded by markets, shops and cafes, and only a 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia. We wished we had more time to spend, but would love to come back for an extended stay.

The apartment was very spacious for our family of 5. We were able to walk to great shops and dining right around the area. It was an easy walk to Segrada Familia! They were able to store our luggage and got the place ready a bit early for us, which was so nice. They also provided an extra outlet adaptor, as we forgot them. TIP - bring EU adaptors as they don't have any American plugs or USB/USB-C ports in the walls/clocks/lamps, etc. Also, Billy Bruch is a MUST for breakfast around the corner. Such an adorable cafe with amazing food and service. Was a highlight of our trip! Would definitely stay here again!

This place exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, right near everything! Public transport was very easy to figure out and access from this location. The apartment was clean, big enough for 6 people to be comfortable and access is beyond easy. The host instructions made self check in a breeze!When I return to Barcelona I will surely be back to this apartment!

Close to Sagrada and about a mile from Placa de Catalunya this neighborhood was so friendly and had great places to eat. Loved Anita and the bar right next door. We walked in and out at all times of the day/ night. The manager was so helpful with any of our questions with the apartment or navigating the area. The picture with the loft- there is no longer a loft. 3bathrooms with our late teens/ early 20s children was perfect.Kitchen had all that we needed- tea kettle, toaster, plenty of plates, glasses,etc.

Great location - smoke, broken dryer wasn't worth 400/night

We arrived after check-in time and had to request the code to the front door - no problem but should have been sent before arrival. The place was spacious and generally clean inside, with amenities. The refrigerator had an odor, and when we went to do laundry, the dryer drum didn't turn and worse, injected smoke into all of our clothes. We suspect someone below smokes and somehow it uses the same vent. The manager simply said "sorry" but offered no solution or compensation. The pictures of the ad were different than the unit we stayed in also. The ironing board was super wobbly but we made due. The a/c worked fine. As the laundry room was by the front door, we always smelled smoke entering the apartment. The coffee was good as were the views out toward the street. The bathtubs were a bit awkward to use as showers given the location of the shower head - they should make them point the same direction of the long length of the bathtub vs. the corner. Overall, sleep was fine as was the kitchen and restrooms - however given the smoke and broken dryer, we wouldn't stay here again.

The property is in a good location to some local sights but the noise in the apartment is constant and loud. You can hear the neighbours above and beside all night and talking as people come and go from the apartments in the building. About 5 am there is the sound of an underground train that you can hear every 15 minutes or so. It was very difficult to sleep. There was also construction in the apartment above while we were staying there. We complained to the host but they just said there was nothing they can do as it’s allowed from 8am-6pm. Definitely would not stay here again.

Beautiful Barcelona Experience

There were four adults staying in this lovely home. The home was very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom connected to their bedroom. The location was convenient for us to walk to all the major sites. The street noise can be loud in the main living room but the bedrooms were further back and much quieter. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
