There will be construction work on the façade and balconies of the
flats located at number 2 of the building's entrances, which will be
inaccessible. From 9 January to 23 February. THE BALCONY OF THIS
PROPERTY WILL BE INACCESSIBLE.

- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.
-Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday
(consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule,
we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 60 euros
- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied
(€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine)
