one of the most importants roads of the city . The flat is super
spacious with 70m2 and we have it fully equipated for you to enjoy
while away from home.

Enjoy Barcelona from this cozy 70 m² apartment, located on Carrer
d’Aragón, just two blocks from the Sagrada Família, one of the city’s
most iconic landmarks. Its location allows you to easily explore the
Eixample district on foot, with its restaurants, cafés, shops, and the
neighborhood’s charming atmosphere.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one double room perfect for couples and
another room with 2 single beds, ideal for friends or small families.
It accommodates up to 4 guests.

The living-dining area is bright and spacious, equipped with air
conditioning, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of
sightseeing. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster,
kettle, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing breakfast or quick
meals. The apartment also has heating throughout, ensuring comfort all
year round.

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is prohibited in all rooms of the flat.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
